Get a free property valuation from Sextant!

Since September, Sextant now offers a free valuation of your property.

The network has implemented this tool because it is necessary to establish the most accurate valuation possible in order to sell at the best price.

At Sextant, your property valuation is carried out in two stages: an online valuation that refers to four major databases and the expertise of our estate agent members.

The first stage is the online valuation. Sextant offers a performant online valuation service designed by statisticians, property specialists and geographers.

The method:

• The software refers to four different databases to establish the most accurate valuation possible.
• We use the IRIS breakdown from INSEE: French communes are divided into 56,000 zones based on housing characteristics and price per square metre.
• The database is updated every month

The valuation result:

• We commit to responding to you within the day
• We provide you with a detailed 15-page report: the property study and its environment, the economic environment, market analysis and the price

The second stage follows: the agent’s refinement of the valuation. This involves refining your property valuation thanks to your agent’s expertise. Indeed, our agents have specific knowledge of their local area that they will share with you in order to sell at the best price. Sextant is a network of 50 property agents operating throughout France. Each of our agents specializes in selling properties in their region. They know what our clients expect in their region, the strengths and weaknesses of each area. Entrusting the sale of your property to one of our agents guarantees that your property will be assessed and presented according to the rigorous criteria of international clients. Sextant is aware of the importance of valuation for establishing the best price. This is why this service is entirely free! Don’t wait any longer, trust Sextant to value and sell your property!
