You probably know about home staging, but do you know about garden staging? It’s the same concept applied not to your interior but to your exterior. In other words, showcasing your garden in order to better sell your house.

You want to optimise your chances of selling your property as quickly as possible. To do this, you arrange your house, decorate it, tidy it, in short, you showcase it, and yet you still have no offer. Perhaps it’s time to think about your garden! Too many people neglect it to focus only on their interior; this is a mistake! The garden is the first thing people see, and it gives visitors a good or bad impression. There is no shortage of choice when it comes to outdoor furniture, and this applies to all price ranges. Investing in some lounge chairs, a table or even lanterns will make all the difference!

Having a garden is an undeniable asset for increasing property valuation. The same applies to those living in apartments. A terrace adds value to your property and should therefore not be overlooked. A recent study showed that 3 to 5 people were willing to pay more for a property with a terrace or garden. So don’t wait any longer!
