Sextant voted best French real estate agency for the 3rd consecutive year at European Property Awards

For the third consecutive year, Sextant wins the award for the “best bilingual French real estate agency” at the European Property Awards 2018.

In 2016 Sextant already became a Laureate of the European Property Awards for the first time. These awards are presented annually by the renowned International Property Awards in various categories; architecture, interior design and real estate of course.

It was in the category of Best Bilingual French Real Estate Agency that Sextant stood out. This award was presented by a jury of 70 professionals including 2 Lords, the Earl of Liverpool and representatives from the national daily newspaper The Telegraph.

Thus, the ceremony took place at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square in the heart of the historic Mayfair district in London. Brice Bonato, one of the two founders of Sextant Properties, the parent company, shared his impressions: “This gala evening was very successful, both for the award we received of course, but also for the quality of the laureates present at this event. For Matthieu and myself, it was an opportunity to exchange with representatives from both real estate agencies but also architecture firms from across Europe. Many laureates present that evening came from Spain, Portugal, Germany, Greece or Turkey. Real estate in France is increasingly regulated. One of the reasons why the country was underrepresented by agencies specialising in the sale of real estate in the Hexagon to an international clientele. Our teams are trained on a continuous basis and our agents are on the ground with the bilingual support of our London office. Certainly the key to the success of the Sextant group, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients across the world who have trusted us for over 10 years now for the acquisition of real estate in France”.

This award was presented to Sextant the following year in 2017 and then again this year in 2018, standing out once again for the quality of its services, its extensive network of property agents and its strong international reputation. Always looking to the future, the group has continued to modernise in recent times in order to offer ever more qualitative services. This award is therefore the recognition of all this work.
