Sextant launches Keros, its new application

With its international dimension and appetite for new technologies, Sextant has established itself as a key player in the real estate ecosystem. At the beginning of March, the network of independent agents is launching its new billing assistance application: Keros.

Keros complements the release of MySextant, another management tool available to independent agents, developed entirely by Sextant. Keros thus adds to the range of features already used by the 135 agents in the Sextant network: SMS alerts, the extranet, 3D plans…

This first version of Keros will simplify life for independent agents. This tool is a 2.0 sales management dashboard. It will enable them to easily produce their invoices for notaries, manage their sales history, but also to explain referrals within the network. A sponsor will be able to track their godson’s sales and thus support them in their early days. The news feed within the team will enable the exchange of tips and the strengthening of bonds between members. A competition system and tracking of the best sellers will encourage independent agents to achieve more sales.

Keros was developed in collaboration with the existing network. 10 independent agent beta-testers were involved in the application creation process, enabling everyone to better understand the major issues and points to improve. Developments are planned and are already being studied by the development team.
