As a property professional, I work in the department of Charente between Angoulême and Cognac, and particularly in the Rouillacais area.

In the heart of the "Liqueur des Dieux" appellation zone, this region enjoys a strategic position thanks to its proximity to the Paris–Bordeaux main line (2 hours by TGV) and the Atlantic coast (1 hour 30 minutes from La Rochelle, Oléron, Royan…), not to mention its quality of life, authentic architecture and unspoilt nature.
