Right time to buy a property in Normandy!
This morning I checked the property update in the Normandy region and I found out that some sellers finally decided to reduce their prices. You won’t need to negotiate because they are now becoming reasonable, as they put their properties at their real market value. For example the ref 8546 went down from €98,000 to €70,000, representing a reduction of more than €28,000. My favourite is the longere set in 3,7 acres of land with outbuildings ref 5454 it was for sale at €215,000 and is now available with a €20,000 reduction: €195,000. Like many investors say, the property market is now showing real opportunities for those who know how to find the bargain!
