Valérie Baratin

Welcome to the website of Valérie Baratin, Property Advisor with the Sextant France network.

Originally from Bordeaux, a property professional for several years, I work in the south-west of France in Gironde, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Bordeaux, an attractive and vibrant city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site, is situated on the banks of the Garonne near the Atlantic Ocean.

I specialize in charming properties, beautiful manor houses and wine estates.

Whether you're looking for a home or a business opportunity (bed and breakfast, gîte, wine estate), I will be able to advise you to find or sell your property in this region which offers a wonderfully varied landscape, a land of exception and wine-making tradition cradled by the gentle Atlantic climate.

The right bank area between the Garonne and Dordogne offers vast stretches of incredible diversity of terrain where you'll find characterful homes and delightful typical villages.

Thanks to my knowledge of the local and regional market, I will do everything I can to make your property project a success.

My personal experience in interior design and decoration are assets that can help you with setting up your future projects.

I will accompany you to sell your property or find your future home with a quality service tailored to your needs.

I will be here to guide and advise you throughout your transaction with the power of communication tools and the national reputation of Sextant France and the international Sextant Properties group.

Enthusiastic about the idea of building the success of your project with you,

Please feel free to contact me for your property search or sale.
