Welcome to the website of Stéphanie Mollard, a property advisor for the Sextant France network.

A property professional originally from the Val de Loire, I'm discovering month by month this magnificent region that is Charente. A sea of greenery along the Charente, architecture that has been preserved and remains typical. My preferred area is the south of the department, Jarnac and its surroundings situated between Cognac and Angoulême. A real quality of life! And to keep in touch with my home region, I regularly visit the Pays de Chinon, a beautiful area of wild rivers, art and history…
