As a property professional, I work in the Aude department. In the south lies the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, ideally positioned between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, making it one of the privileged locations in the top 15 sunniest places in France. Bordering the Ariège and Pyrénées-Orientales departments, it is easily accessible via the international airports of Carcassonne and Toulouse.

This magical region, steeped in esotericism and strongly marked by Catharism, offers landscapes as varied as they are breathtaking, blending vineyards and mountains. You will discover a multitude of renowned and jealously protected sites such as Rennes le Château and Puivert (12th century), Puilaurens (11th century), Peyrepertuse and Quéribus (10th century), the medieval villages of Alet-les-Bains and Mirepoix, as well as the magnificent city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The welcoming small towns of Quillan, Limoux and Mirepoix will draw you in with their quality of life, blending generosity and authenticity.
