NAEA conference – How to find new opportunities
Yesterday, we went to the NAEA annual conference for overseas property. We met with great people passionate about their work and also had the pleasure to see great speakers. They spoke about different overseas markets such as Florida, Eastern countries, Spain and of course France. John Howell made a speech about the international property law and how to avoid bad behavior. We also had a VIP invite, James Caan (Dragon’s Den). He gave us his point of view about the financial crisis and told us that he was buying lots of equities during this difficult financial time. He also mentioned that for the property market, there are nowadays great opportunities for those who know how to find them. People are more incline to accept a lower offer on their stone property and property developer prefer to give a discount to have less stock.
