Welcome to the website of Thibaut Leurent, a property adviser with the Sextant France & International network.

I have travelled extensively throughout France and the world, but my heart has always drawn me back to the Dordogne, this magnificent region that I have known and loved deeply since childhood.

I work in the Bastides area in the south of the department, as well as in the neighbouring areas of the Lot (46) and Lot-et-Garonne (47).

This region in south-west France is steeped in history. It boasts exceptional heritage, terroir and climate, offering what I believe is an unparalleled quality of life. It offers all who wish it, regardless of their region or country of origin, a peaceful and harmonious life.

The many beautiful buildings and farmhouses with their outbuildings are set amidst meadows, forests and countless footpaths. These fine residences and properties are favoured living spaces for families, those wishing to run a gîte or bed and breakfast business, and horse owners.

I have specialised for several years in charming stone properties, but also those with over two hectares of meadows suitable for those seeking self-sufficiency or simply wishing to share their lives with animals.

I work with vendors on a referral basis in an exclusive relationship. I bring them my expertise and optimal valuation of their property to ensure a smooth sale at the best price.

I guide buyers through to the completion of their project, in French, English, Spanish or Portuguese.
