Welcome to the website of Marleen Van Boxelaere, Property Adviser at Sextant France.

I work in the Corbières, between the sea and the garrigue, among the vines and old stones.

Although located near airports and train stations (Perpignan, Carcassonne, Narbonne and Béziers), just minutes from the A9 and A61 motorways, and three-quarters of an hour from the Spanish border, our area remains wild and peaceful, home to exceptional Mediterranean wildlife and flora. Having been settled here with my family for around twenty years in this beautiful, characterful and welcoming region, I know the key players.

Thanks to my knowledge of the area and the profession, I will be able to guide you through your projects.
