Christophe Advielle

Welcome to the website of Christophe Advielle, a property adviser with the Sextant France network.

I arrived from Normandy in early 2014. After 20 years in this beautiful region of France, I chose Dordogne, a land of history with its old stones but also of terroir with its vineyards and good tables. The mildness of the climate and its long summers were also decisive in my choice.

I transferred my property business to the Bergerac area, particularly the East and North-East sectors, with a preference for stone houses, whether requiring renovation or not, and properties allowing for creating or developing bed and breakfast and/or gîte activities, which are very much in demand in the area. I know this sector very well indeed – I managed a bed and breakfast in Normandy for 10 years and acquired a property in Dordogne where I operate several gîtes.

The presence of Bergerac airport, with six flights per day during the season linking directly to England, the Netherlands and Belgium, significantly strengthens Dordogne's appeal in the eyes of foreign clients, whether for acquiring a second home or for spending a holiday in the sunshine.

Property in Dordogne remains at attractive prices, and its many assets – whether in terms of climate, preserved environment or lack of insecurity – are also attracting increasing numbers of buyers from the South East and the Paris region, as well as from the East or North of France.

If you have a project to acquire a second home or if you want to opt for a radical change of life, please do not hesitate to contact me, I will listen to you and do everything to help you realise your project. Please do get in touch. See you very soon!
