In the centre as well, nature and greeny places have been kept, like the Touboulou parc, the Ste Trephine vallon and the numerous gardens.

Food and drink
Brittany is renowned for the quality and the variety of its seafood. Shellfish and fish are always excellent. Belon or Concarneau oysters have a great reputation in France. Lobster, crab or langoustines are often served with the rich hot sauce “armoricaine” which is a speciality of Brittany. Try also the famous trout served with white butter ‘beurre blanc’, which is another speciality of Brittany.
The white wine “muscadet sur lie” is the only wine of Brittany with the “gros plant”. Great to drink with seafood.
Don’t forget to taste the other specialties of Bretagne : The “kouing-aman, the “far breton” and the “gateau breton” are delicious with a glass of “chouchen”!
