We are looking to expand our network of independent sales agents to satisfy the demand. We are seeking self motivated, multi lingual individuals with basic IT skills and above all excellent people skills and a desire to succeed.
You will need to be:
• Happy to work independently but also be a team player
• Have sufficient capital or other income whilst building your portfolio
• Have experience in sales or "people" environments
• Passionate about France and French property
• IT literate, presentable and friendly
• Reasonable level of French and English
The role involves creating and maintaining a quality property portfolio and helping Sextant clients find a property that fulfils their dreams and ideal criteria.
The role of an independent agent at Sextant Properties is to assist British, European and International buyers wishing to purchase or sell property in France. The Head Office is based in London, UK which houses a call centre as well as a legal, marketing, recruitment and IT support.
Initial training and ongoing support and development are provided by the company. We understand what it takes to be successful and will share that knowledge with you in order that you can grow your business as quickly and as effectively as possible. We offer in-house start up and ongoing training which will enable you to quickly establish yourself as an estate agent in France.
